How Do I Contact Yahoo When There Is A Problem With Directory Submissions Not Answered By Their Help System?
My Yahoo directory listing shows as accepted in the listings manager, but there is a problem; I do not see my website in the directory search results. I never received a confirmation email, so I do not know whom to contact to get this resolved. The online help system does not address my problem, and I want to email or speak to someone about the problem. Yes, I was charged $299, so you would think I could get a contact easily! Help please. Thanks.
