How Do I Contact Yahoo When There Is A Problem With Directory Submissions Not Answered By Their Help System?
My Yahoo directory listing shows as accepted in the listings manager, but there is a problem; I do not see my website in the directory search results. I never received a confirmation email, so I do not know whom to contact to get this resolved. The online help system does not address my problem, and I want to email or speak to someone about the problem. Yes, I was charged $299, so you would think I could get a contact easily! Help please. Thanks.
I Paid To Be In Yahoo Directory, Was Accepted, Now Link Has Disappeared, Who Do I Contact?
I applied for my URL, paid and was accepted back in August. Found out by chance today that the URL is no longer in the directory. Nowhere on Help does there seem to be a way of addressing this.
Please help with either the URL or the email address I should use to contact Yahoo Directory to investigate/complain.
